Our History

Manson Mortuary, Inc. had its beginning the second Sunday in April 1964 at 412 Washington Street in Williamston, NC. The funeral home consisted of a reception area, a small office, a display room with only 3 caskets and a small preparation room.

We later expanded to include a chapel, an insurance office, and a selection room that would display about 14 caskets.

In 1974, a chapel was erected in Robersonville at 203 Pecan Street. We later expanded this chapel to have a selection room and offices.

In 2004, we renovated a building at 415 Washington Street and relocated to that facility which is our present location.

Today our corporation has two licensed funeral directors and a small cemetery.
