Carlton Angelo Biggs

Carlton A. Biggs, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at NC State Veterans Home

in Kinston, NC.

His survivors include a son, Rodney Little of Suffolk, VA; three daughters, Tarsha Little of Williamston, NC,

Carmelesha Matthewson of Knightdale, NC and Shanika Ruffin of Raleigh, NC; three brothers, Morris Hassell

of Capital Heights, MD, Charles Biggs of Philadelphia, PA and Russell Biggs of Williamston, NC; four sisters,

Linda Short of Clayton, NC, Maxine Norfleet of Williamston, NC, Gail Daniels of Williamston, NC and Tammie

Stephens of Louisville, KY; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

His viewing will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Biggs Family Cemetery

near Popular Point Baptist Church, 4928 Fort Branch Road, Oak City, NC  27857.

His graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 11:00 am at Biggs Family Cemetery,

4928 Fort Branch Road, Oak City, NC, with Elder Deborah Fonville officiating.

His interment will immediately follow the service.
