Robersonville Mrs. Carrie Johnson, 100 passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2011. Mrs. Johnson was born in Martin County and worked as a domestic worker. She was a member of the Willow Chapel Baptist Church in Gold Point, NC. Survivors are her sister, Charlie Mae Purvis of Robersonville, NC and a niece, Barbara Belle of Robersonville, NC. The funeral will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Willow Chapel Baptist Church, Gold Point, NC. Burial will follow in Robersonville Memorial Gardens.
