Mr. Charlie Council, 70, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 in Vidant Medical Center.
Mr. Council was born in Martin County.
Survivors are two sisters; Rodie Lykes of West Columbia, SC and Louise Highsmith of Hamden, CT; and two brothers; Julius Council of Newburgh, NY and Wade Council, Jr. of Scotland Neck, NC.
The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 9, 2017 as a private interment.
