Clayton Curtis Peele, Sr

Williamston, N.C. Mr. Clayton Curtis Peele, Sr., 56, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Mr. Peele was born in Pitt County. He was a member of Barbabass Baptist Church and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Survivors include his parents, Floyd Peele, Sr. and Lorraine W. Peele of Williamston, N.C.; one son, Clayton C. Peele, Jr. of Augusta, Ga; two daughters Crystal N. Peele of Morrisville, NC and Cassandra Peele of Lewiston, NC; three brothers, Brent Peele of Columbia, SC, Dallas Peele, Sr of Williamston, NC and Floyd Peele, Jr. of Weston, Fla.; one sister, Sandra P. Hassell of Williamston, NC; and one grandchild, Makale P. Peele. A visitation will be held from 1-5 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and on Saturday, June 16, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Union Town Church (DOC) in Jamesville, NC. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Union Town Church of Christ (DOC) in Jamesville, NC with Bishop Daniel Boston officiating. Burial will follow in the Peele Family Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
