Williamston, NC Ms. Cloatil Flowers, 60, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center. Ms. Flowers was born in New York. Survivors include one son, Shawn Crusoe of NY; one brother, Rufus Barnes of Bronx, NY; and one sister, Linnette Flowers-Cephus of New York, NY. A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Manson Mortuary Chapel in Williamston, NC with Dr. George Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
