Williamston, NC Mrs. Crystal Faye McLaurin, 58, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Mrs. McLaurin was born in Martin County. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Church of Christ (DOC) in Jamesville, NC. Survivors include two sons, Derek Lilley of Cary, NC and Travis Lilley of Jamesville, NC; three brothers, Wayne Thomas of Jamesville, NC, Earl Thomas of Raleigh, NC and Clarence Thomas of Hurlock, MD; seven sisters, Hazel Drummond of Ellicott City MD, Barbara Taylor of Garner, NC, Linda Taylor of Holy Springs, NC, Frances Overton of Hertford, NC, Debra Thomas-Allen of Arlington, VA, Valerie Thomas of Wendell, NC and Billie Randolph of Baltimore, MD, and one grandchild. A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Mt. Carmel Church of Christ (DOC) with Bishop William T. Collins officiating. There will be a private burial.
