Williamston, NC Mr. Douglas Jolly, 83, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 in Roanoke River Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Jolly was born in Martin County. He was a member of Olive Branch Baptist Church in Parmele, NC. Survivors include three sisters, Madeline Roberson of Delaware, Lorraine Whitfield of Philadelphia, PA, and Audrey Wallace of Philadelphia, PA. A visitation will be held from 1-5 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2014 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 10-11 a.m. at Olive Branch Baptist Church in Parmele, NC. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Olive Branch Baptist Church in Parmele, NC with Pastor Samuel Chance officiating. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Cemetery in Bethel, NC.
