Edith Mae (Whitley) Scott

Mrs. Edith Whitley Scott, age 89, passed away in Williamston, NC.She was a member of

Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) Church in Williamston, NC.

Her survivors include her husband, Ernest E. Scott, Sr. of Williamston, NC; two sons,

Rev. Erwin Marcellus Scott of Chesapeake, VA and Ernest E. Scott, Jr. of Williamston, NC;

a daughter, Marilyn R. Haverkamp of Pasadena, CA; several grandchildren and

great-grandchildren.

Her walk through viewing will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 6:00

pm at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC. A face covering and temperature check are

mandatory upon entrance.

Her graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11:00 am at Woodlawn

Cemetery in Williamston, NC with Pastor Derrick L. Wilkins officiating and Rev. Erwin Marcellus

Scott serving as eulogist.
