Mrs. Frances Scott Greene, age 79, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020 in Vidant
Medical Center in Greenville, NC. She was a member of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in
Williamston, NC.
Survivors include two brothers, James Scott of Hawaii and Paul Scott of Raleigh, NC; two sisters,
Mary Lloyd of Williamston, NC and Audrine Scott of Washington, DC; and an adopted daughter,
Florence Lee Scott of Washington, DC.
She will have a walk through viewing on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 9:00 am until 12 noon
at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC. A face covering and temperature check are required upon
entrance to the funeral home.
Her private graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 1:00 pm at
Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC with Pastor Russell Shaw officiating.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Winston Salem State University in her honor.
