He was a member of Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) Church in Williamston, NC.
His survivors include a brother, John E. Simmons of Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
His walk through viewing will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC.
A face covering and temperature checks are required upon entrance.
His graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00 am at Andrews Memorial Park
in Williamston, NC with Pastor Derrick L. Wilkins officiating.
