His survivors include two brothers, Wayne Outlaw of Williamston, NC and Kelvin Thompson

of Lewiston, NC; five sisters, Marjorie Bond of Bronx, NY, Sylvia Rascoe of Philadelphia, PA

Sheila Roberson of Parmele, NC, Olivia Bond of Williamston, NC, and Roberta

Smallwood of Lewiston, NC.

His viewing will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020 from 12 noon until 2:30 pm at Manson

Mortuary in Williamston, NC. Social distancing will be adhered.

His graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Indian Woods

Missionary Baptist Church in Windsor, NC with Pastor Johnny C. Edwards officiating.
