Washington, NC Mr. James W. Hodges, 86, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Vident Inpatient Hospice Care. Mr. Hodges was born in Martin County and was a member of St. John Church of Christ (DOC) in Washington, NC. Survivors are his wife; Mrs. Eva Hodges of Washington, NC, a daughter; Mrs. Marjorie Roberts of Jamesville and a son; Mr. Ernest Hodges of Jamesville, NC. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 1-5 pm at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 6 at 1:00 pm at St. John Church of Christ (DOC) Washington, NC with Elder Russell Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Park in Williamston, NC.
