Williamston, NC James Earl Price was born on September 15, 1935 to the late Veolar Price-Cheatham in Martin County. He was raised by his Uncle and Aunt, Caesar and Rebecca Price in the Cross Road Area. James departed this life on June 29,2015 after a brief illness at Vidant Medical Center. He was educated at W.C. Chance School, Parmele. In his early years, James Earl worked on his Uncle
