James Earl Ruffin

Williamston, NC Mr. James Earl Ruffin, 67, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center. Mr. Ruffin was born in Martin County. He was a member of Mt. Shiloh Baptist Church in Williamston, NC. Survivors include his wife, Hattie Ruffin of Greenville, NC; two sons, Gerald Ruffin of Garner, NC and Major B. Roberson of Robersonville, NC; one daughter Valorie R. Williams of Greenville, NC; one sister Evora Manning of Williamston, NC; and 8 grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Mt. Shiloh Baptist Church in Williamston, NC with Pastor Vincent Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston, NC.
