Jamesville, NC Ms. Mary Mageline White Hassell, 58, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015 at home. Ms. Hassell was born in Martin County. Survivors include four sons, Roland W. Hassell, Jr. of Georgia, Robert Hassell of Reidsville, NC, Dwight Hassell of Kinston, NC, and Cedric Hassell of Jamesville, NC; two brothers, Donald O'Neal James of Williamston, NC and Larry Ray James of Greenville, NC; and fifteen grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC. The burial is private.
