Ms. Katie Jean Fitzgerald, 73, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016 in Martin General Hospital.
Ms. Fitzgerald was born in Martin County. She was a member of New Fellowship Church of Christ in Williamston, NC.
Survivors include one son, Keven Fitzgerald, Sr. of Plymouth, NC, one daughter, Karen J. Fitzgerald of Williamston, NC; two brothers, Melvin Moore of Halifax, NC and James Mason of Pantego, NC; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 1:30-2:30 pm on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at New Fellowship Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC.
The funeral will be held at 2:30 pm on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at New Fellowship Church of Christ (DOC) with Rev. Jerry Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
