Mr. Timothy Outlaw Sr., age 57, passed away in his residence on Tuesday,

May 28, 2019.  He was a member of Sandy Point Baptist Church

in Windsor, NC.

Survivors include his devoted former wife, Charlotte Johnson of Windsor, NC;

His parents, Edward Earl Outlaw II of Windsor and Sarah B. Outlaw of Windsor, NC;

Two sons, Timothy Outlaw, Jr. of Norfolk, VA and Savon Outlaw of Windsor, NC; five daughters, Kaniqua Lashawn Outlaw of

Raleigh, NC, Machera J. Anderson of Greenville, NC, Dimetris M. Anderson of

Fredericksburg, VA, and Natavia J. Outlaw of Windsor, NC; six

brothers, Joseph Cherry of Windsor, NC, Edward E. Outlaw III of Va Beach, VA, Eddie

Outlaw, Anthony Outlaw, Christopher Outlaw and Carl K. Bond all of Windsor, NC; six sisters,

Jeanette Williams, Sandra Allen, Barbara Outlaw, Tuwanda Outlaw, Felicia Outlaw and Barbara Evans

all of Windsor, NC; and four grandchildren.  Also a special family friend, Marie Bell of Windsor, NC.

A viewing is tentatively planned for Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm

at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC and on Monday, June 3, 2019 from 10:00 am

until 11:00 am Sandy Point Baptist Church in Windsor, NC.

His funeral service is tentatively planned for Monday, June 3, 2019 at 11:00 am at

Sandy Point Baptist Church in Windsor, NC with Pastor Elaine White officiating.

Interment will follow in Sandy Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Windsor, NC.
