Ms. Virgis Tepeaka Manning-Brown, 41, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at home.
Ms. Manning-Brown was born in Martin County. She was a member of Strong Tower Church in Fredericksburg, VA.
Survivors include her father, Virgil Manning and her mother, Christine Manning, both of Williamston, NC; two daughters, Tekeyra Z. Brown and Tenia R. Brown of Fredericksburg, VA; three brothers, Jeffery Manning of Greensboro, NC, Ernest Manning of Williamston, NC, and Lamont Manning of Greensboro, NC; and one sister, Cassandra Manning of Atlanta, GA.
A visitation will be held from 1-6 on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and from 2-3:00 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Cedar Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC.
The funeral will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Cedar Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC with Minister Ella Manning officiating. Burial will follow in the Manning Family Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
