William Henry Manning

Williamston, NC Mr. William H. Manning, 67, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2012 in Vidant Medical Center. Mr. Manning was born in Martin County. He was a member of Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC. Survivors are his wife, Carolyn Rhodes Manning of the home; a son, William Cortez Manning of Greensboro, NC and a daughter, LaVelle Rhodes of Raleigh, NC; two brothers, Edward Gray of Philadelphia, PA and Petite Manning of Williamston, NC; five sisters, Geraldine Taylor of Fayetteville, NC, Minnie Johnson of Williamston, NC, Erma Williams of Williamston, NC, Gladys Jean Manning of Williamston, NC and Patricia Ford of Grifton, NC. A visitation will be held from 1-5 pm on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Manson Mortuary, Williamston, NC and on Friday, March 23, 2012 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC). The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 23, 2012 at Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) in Williamston, NC with Bishop William T. Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Keys Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
