William Henry Woolard

Mr. William Henry "Babe" Woolard, age 96, passed away at Brian Center Windsor on

Sunday, March 4, 2018.

Mr. Woolard was born in Martin County and was a member of Cedar Hill

Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC.

Survivors are a son, Willie C. Woolard of Williamston, NC; three daughters, Hattie M.

Peel of Williamston, NC, Mary Woolard of Lawrenceville, GA and Angela W.

Dorsey of Raleigh, NC; seventeen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and

three great-great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at

Manson Mortuary in Williamston and on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 1:00 pm

until 2:00 pm at Cedar Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Cedar Hill Missionary

Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. James Mercer serving as eulogist.

Interment will follow in the Woolard Family Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
