Charlie Mae (Bell) Purvis

Charlie Mae Purvis, age 98, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Martin General Hospital

in Williamston, NC.  She was a member of Willow Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Robersonville, NC.

Her survivors include three sons, Charles Purvis of Hampton, GA, Waverly Purvis of Babylon, NY and 

Ricky Purvis of Hampton, GA; one daughter, Barbara Belle of Robersonville, NC; eleven grandchildren,

thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Her walk through viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at

Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC. A face covering is recommended upon entrance to the building.

There will be another viewing on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 11:00 am until 12 noon at Willow Chapel

Missionary Baptist Church in Robersonville, NC.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 12 noon at Willow Chapel Missionary Baptist

Church in Robersonville, NC.

Her interment will immediately follow the service in Robersonville Memorial Gardens in Robersonville, NC.
