Colleen (Huff) Deans

Colleen Huff Deans, age 91, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022 in Williamston, NC.

She was a member of Williams Chapel AME Zion Church in Williamston, NC.

Her survivors include a son, Carl Deans of Stafford, VA; a daughter, Loretta Deans of Williamston, NC;

a brother, Johnny Lloyd of Williamston, NC; two sisters, Eula "Dolly" Huff and Sarah Roberson of 

Williamston, NC; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

Her walk through viewing will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm 

at Manson Mortuary in Williamston, NC. A face covering is recommended upon entrance to the 

building.

Another viewing will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at 

Williams Chapel AME Zion Church in Williamston, NC. 

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 am at Williams Chapel AME 

Zion Church in Williamston, NC with Rev. Dr. Ingrid Hackett officiating.

Her interment will immediately follow the service in Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC.
