Mr. Columbus Williams, Jr. "TC" age 73, passed away on December 25, 2019 in
Post Acute Medical Center in Rocky Mount, NC. He was a member of
Williams Chapel AME Zion Church in Williamston, NC. He was also a former
Deputy Sheriff with the Martin County Sheriff Department.
Survivors include one son, Terry Williams, Sr. of Toms River, NJ; two brothers,
William Henry Williams and Clarence Earl Williams of Williamston, NC; six sisters,
Catherine Biggs of Washington, NC, Dorothy Pearsall, JoAnn Spruill and Vonzella Carter of
Williamston, NC, Candid Ford of New Jersey, and Rosa Brown of Raleigh, NC; four grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren,
His viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12 noon
at Williams Chapel AME Zion Church in Williamston, NC. Masonic Rites will begin at
10:30 am.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 12 noon at
Williams Chapel AME Zion Church, 119 Rhodes Street, Williamston, NC. with
Pastor Ingrid Hackett officiating.
There will be a private interment.
