Ethel Ree (Moore) Johnson

Ethel Ree Johnson, age 75, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 in Greenville, NC. 

She was a member of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Williamston, NC.

Her survivors include two sons, James Maye and Brian Maye of Winterville, NC; four daughters, 

Deborah Simmons of Simpson, NC, Marion Maye of Matthews, NC, Yvondala Bond of Greenville, NC 

and Kendra Thompson of Grimesland, NC; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Her walk through viewing will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Manson Mortuary

in Williamston, NC. A face covering is recommended upon entrance to the building.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist 

Church in Williamston, NC with Pastor Russell Shaw officiating. Her viewing will be held at the end of the service.

Her interment will immediately follow the service at Andrews Memorial Park in Williamston, NC.
