Eva Linda (Williams) Armstrong

Mrs. Eva W. Armstrong, "Kitty", age 72, passed away on May 13, 2020 in Vidant Medical

Center in Greenville, NC. She was a member of Armstrong Family Prayer House and was the First Lady to 

her husband, Pastor Arthur Armstrong.

Her survivors include her husband, Pastor Arthur Armstrong of Williamston, NC, six daughters, Aria

Williams, Tammy Williams, and Melissa Williams all of Williamston, NC, Cynthia Hendrix of Plymouth, NC,

Metlissa Armstrong Pattern of Atlanta, GA and Melinda Morris of Moore, OK; one brother, James O. 

Speller of Wilmington, NC; and one sister, Paula Taylor of Williamston, NC; 19 grandchildren and

17 great-grandchildren.

Her walk through viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 12 noon until 1:00 pm at

United Holy Church of Deliverance in Williamston, NC.

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm at United Holy Church of 

Deliverance 611 Warren Street in Williamston, NC. Due to COVID-19 restrictions by Governor

Roy Cooper, the funeral will be by invitation only.  Bishop Jerome Wilson will be officiating.

Her interment will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, NC. Also due to COVID-19 

restrictions by Governor Roy Cooper, the interment will be by invitation only.
