Mayo Biggs, age 88, passed away at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC

on December 23, 2022.

He formerly resided in Williamston, NC.

His survivors include his wife, Alice Williams Biggs of Trenton, NJ; two sons, Larry Biggs of Washington, DC and Jerry Biggs of Philadelphia, PA; one

daughter, Brinita Biggs Trammell of Ben Salem, PA; five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

His viewing will be held on Monday, January 2, 2023 from 12 noon until 1:00 pm at Poplar Point Missionary 

Baptist Church in Oak City, NC.

His funeral service will be held on Monday, January 2, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Poplar Point Missionary Baptist

Church in Oak City, NC with Pastor Beulah Hill officiating.

His interment will immediately follow the service at Biggs Family Cemetery on Fort Branch Road in Oak City, NC.
