Victor Lee Haley

Mr. Victor Lee Haley, age 80, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 in Williamston, NC.

He was a member of Back Swamp Church of Christ (DOC) Church in Williamston, NC where 

he faithfully sang in the choir until his health declined.  He was also a retired Museum Specialist with 

the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC.

His survivors include his wife, Frances E. Haley of Williamston, NC; a son, Gregory R. Haley of 

Accokeek, Md; a daughter, Crystal L. Haley of Ft. Washington, MD; a brother, Anthony Haley 

of Baltimore, MD; four sisters, Joyce Simmons, Janice Diggs, Tammy Haley and Sonya 

Haley-Nunnally, all of Baltimore, MD.

His private memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 11:00 am at Back Swamp 

Church of Christ (DOC) Church in Williamston, NC with Pastor Derrick L. Wilkins officiating.
